Bleach: Hell Chapter, is a Bleach movie that was released in Japanese theaters on December 4, 2010. The movie is set in Hell and features a fully Hollowfied Ichigo.
Kubo has stated that he has been involved from the planning and scenario stage.
The Movie centers around Ichigo and his friends heading into Hell with the assistance of a man named Kokutō to stop the merging of the two realms.
However, Kokutō gives Ichigo a warning - he mustn't Hollowfy in Hell, or he will lose control of his body and never be able to return...
It will be released worldwide on DVD on 24th August 2011 and will probably be subbed in English a few days later. So expect to watch it around the 1st week of September.

Apparently we are going to see Grimmjow and Ulquiorra appear in the new movie, weather they are going to assist in Ichigos efforts in Hell or are we going to see Ichigo Vs Ulquiorra part 2?
